Adrianna Shen

Adrianna Shen has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Adrianna is currently the Head of Finance for the Pathology Business at Ventana Medical Systems, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Viewics, Inc. (acquired by Roche) as the Director and Head of Finance from 2019 to 2021. Adrianna'sresponsibilities included overseeing the finance operations of the India R&D subsidiary and regional field force, as well as managing financial performance, product investments, and resource planning in all regions. Adrianna also successfully integrated Viewics into Roche Diagnostics Research Agreement.

Before joining Viewics, Adrianna worked at Roche from 2016 to 2019 as a Senior Controlling Manager, where they focused on profitability, sales mix, and incentive impact. Adrianna also transitioned their finance team into integrated business partners and founded a community to increase female representation in management positions. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Finance at Roche from 2014 to 2016.

Adrianna's earlier experience at Roche includes roles as a Regional Controller from 2012 to 2014 and a Management Accountant from 2011 to 2012.

Adrianna Shen obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Market from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
