Daniel Houser

Daniel Houser has extensive experience in technical support and information technology, currently serving as a TSS, Level 2 at Roche since July 2013, where responsibilities include providing technical support to customers and assisting various departments. Additional professional roles include Technical Support Specialist and IT Support Analyst at Ventana Medical Systems, and Technical Support Specialist 3 at Roche Tissue Diagnostics, both held concurrently since February 2011 and November 2011, respectively. Previously, Daniel was an IT Support Technician at Dependable Health Services, Inc. from June 2007 to July 2008, supporting the IS/IT Manager across multiple offices. Daniel holds a degree in Database and Computer Network Administration from Apollo College, completed between 2000 and 2002, and graduated from Catalina High Magnet School in 1999.
