Ty Lebsack

Ty Lebsack is an experienced professional in the field of diagnostics and research, currently serving as the Technical Development Lead at Roche (Ventana Medical Systems) since September 2019, where management of the technical team focuses on the delivery and development of Companion Diagnostics IHC Assays. Prior to this role, Ty held multiple positions at Ventana Medical Systems from January 2011, including Research and Development Scientist, Manufacturing Scientist, and Manufacturing Associate III, contributing to the development of assays, quality control, and project initiatives aimed at cost savings and quality improvement. Early career experience includes serving as Laboratory Manager/Research Specialist at The University of Arizona, where leadership in research efforts secured grants from prestigious organizations, as well as performing analysis as a Laboratory Assistant. Ty holds a Master of Science in Biology from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona.
