Doug Johnson

Doug Johnson has worked in various roles in the construction and development industry. Doug started their career in 1997 as a Project Manager at The Clark Construction Group, where they worked until 2003. In 2005, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and worked there until 2007. In the same year, they joined Ventas, Inc. as a Manager in Construction and Development. Doug was promoted to Director in 2011 and served in that role until 2013. In the same company, they also held the position of Vice President of Investments for Construction and Development.

Doug Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Doug also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University. Additionally, Doug completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in History.
