Mariclaire Kadlec

Mariclaire (Bresnahan) Kadlec has extensive experience in asset and corporate finance, currently serving as Director of Asset Management at Ventas, Inc. since July 2016, where prior roles included Asset Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Before joining Ventas, Mariclaire worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Cain Brothers & Company, LLC from July 2014 to June 2016, having also completed a summer analyst position at the same firm in 2013. Earlier experience includes internships at BorgWarner, True Partners Consulting, and MacNeal Hospital. Mariclaire holds a 3/2 MBA in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned between 2009 and 2014.
