Vaibhav Sarihan

Vaibhav Sarihan has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Vaibhav is currently employed as the Director of Business Transformation at Ventas, Inc. starting from 2023. Prior to this, Vaibhav worked at KPMG US, where they held the position of Director in Forensic and Legal Operation Services from 2015 to 2023. In this role, they provided legal operations transformation services and forensic services for legal department clients. Vaibhav also served as a Manager in Forensic Technology Services from 2012 to 2015 and as a Senior Associate in Forensic Technology Services from 2011 to 2012. Before joining KPMG US, Vaibhav worked at Huron Consulting Group as an Associate in Legal Consulting for a brief period in 2011 and as an Analyst in Legal Consulting from 2008 to 2010. Vaibhav started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2008 and also had a summer internship as a Summer Intern at Flowserve in 2007. Vaibhav had a Co-op position at Halliburton from 2005.

Vaibhav Sarihan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2006. Vaibhav then pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance from the same university, which they completed in 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Relativity Certified Administrator from kCura in 2014.
