Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a Nutritionist in a private clinic, and teaching university courses related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
