Carol Hardy

Carol Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Carol started their career in 1987 with Principal Financial Group as a Contact Center Manager, where they worked for 25 years until 2012. In 2012, they joined Healthways as an Executive Director, Center Operations, and stayed until 2015. Since 2016, they have been with Ventech Solutions, initially as a Sr. Manager and currently as the Director Of Operations.

Carol Hardy attended Des Moines Area Community College, where they studied Medical Assistant. Carol also attended Iowa Central Community College and focused on Nursing. In addition to their education, Carol obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2023 and as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist in July 2020.
