Andrew Wong, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management across various organizations, including Venterra Realty, The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory, RBC, and Scotiabank. Currently serving as Finance Manager for Modelling and Financial Analytics at Venterra Realty since January 2018, Andrew has excelled in roles ranging from Financial Analyst to Finance Lead, demonstrating expertise in financial modeling, KPI dashboard development, and process automation using VBA. Notable achievements include significant time savings through Excel model development and report automation, as well as preparing annual consolidated financial statements and analyzing budget variances. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo.
