Anna Martynenka

Anna Martynenka is an experienced leader in resource management and business development, currently serving as the Head of UK and Managing Director at Vention since April 2019, where the company focuses on providing engineering talent to transform industries. Prior to Vention, Anna held the position of Resource Manager at The App Business from September 2016 to April 2019, where significant process optimizations increased staff retention and billable utilization. Anna also worked as a Resource Manager at Company85, managing recruitment and maintaining supplier relationships, and completed an internship in the Business Development and Marketing Department at iTechArt Group. Anna holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and Marketing from the University of Dundee and has completed educational programs at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and the Cambridge School of Visual & Performing Arts.
