Artsemi Sinitsa

Artsemi Sinitsa is an accomplished Engineering Manager and Lead Software Engineer with extensive experience in software architecture and team leadership. Currently at Vention since January 2023, Artsemi spearheads the development of scalable software solutions and manages a team of over 20 engineers. Prior experience includes serving as Group Manager at iTechArt Group from September 2017 to January 2023, where Artsemi led the creation of a scalable financial API, improving backend performance, and implemented microservices to enhance productivity. Artsemi began the career in software engineering with a focus on developing scalable web applications using Node.js and React, contributing significantly to cost reduction through modular practices. Artsemi holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Белорусский государственный технологический университет, earned in 2019.
