Matheus de Lara Calache

Matheus de Lara Calache is an accomplished Engineering Manager and Lead Software Engineer at funda since October 2021, contributing to the leading real estate platform in the Netherlands. Matheus is also the Founder and Co-Organizer of RP Tec Com, a technology community in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, dedicated to promoting IT events and networking. Previous roles include Development Team Lead and Information Security Manager at GreenFlux, where Matheus led diverse teams in developing intelligent EV charging solutions, and Development Team Lead at Retailisation, optimizing retail performance through technology. Additionally, Matheus has extensive experience as a Lead Software Engineer and Software Architect at Swfast, Senior Software Engineer at TOTVS, and as a software developer in various companies, including CPFL and Ci&T. Matheus holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from USP, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, a specialization in Web System Development from UFSCar, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Estácio.
