Carl Schlachte

Chairman, President, CEO at Ventiva

Carl Schlachte has had a long and successful career in the semiconductor industry. Carl began their career in 1985 at Motorola Semiconductor, where they held various roles. In 1996, they moved to ARM as the Vice President of North America. In 2000, they became Chairman and CEO at BOPS. From 2003 to 2004, they held the positions of President and CEO of Sandcraft and Vice President at Raza Microelectronics, respectively. In 2004, they became President and CEO of ARC International, where they led a strategic restructuring of the company and acquired four companies. In 2006, they became Chairman of the Board at MOSAID, which was taken private in 2011. From 2010 to 2011, they held the positions of Director at Peregrine Semiconductor and Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO at Immersion Corporation, respectively. Finally, in 2010 they became Chairman, President, and CEO at Ventiva, Inc., where they led and closed the company's Series B financing.

Carl Schlachte attended Clemson University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
