Niko Mofidian

Niko Mofidian is an experienced legal professional specializing in data protection, telecommunications, and competition law. Currently serving in the Law and Regulations department at Ventocom GmbH since November 2023, Niko has previously held significant roles at Österreichische Post AG focused on data protection and compliance, and as a Legal Counsel for net neutrality and customer contracts at Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH. Additional experience includes legal counsel positions in data security and media production with SeneCura Group and ORF, respectively, as well as earlier roles in claims consulting and legal internships. Niko holds an LL.M. in Information and Media Law and a Magister in Legal Studies from the University of Vienna.
