Florien Melching

Florien Melching is an experienced project manager with a strong background in legal support and project management. Currently serving as the Secretaris Management Team and Project Management Officer at Ventolines since May 2017, Florien is responsible for managing complex projects, including stakeholder engagement and designing digital infrastructure in SharePoint. Previous experience includes project management roles at The Student Hotel, where Florien oversaw the implementation of SharePoint as a document management system, and legal counsel at DIDIX Gifting & Promotions, providing legal guidance on compliance and mergers & acquisitions. Florien began a legal career as an Advocaat-stagiaire at Loyens & Loeff, focusing on legal research and trial preparation. Florien holds a Master’s degree in Nederlands privaatrecht with a specialization in ondernemingsrecht from 2005 to 2011. In 2022, Florien completed further education at Bureau Zuidema.
