Maaike Sickler is a WTG Package Engineer and Onshore Wind & Offshore Wind Development Engineer at Ventolines since September 2020, where responsibilities include business development for offshore wind and serving as the technical lead for turbine packages in onshore wind projects. Prior to this role, Maaike served as a Teaching Assistant for the Future of Wind Energy MOOC at Technische Universiteit Delft and held several leadership positions within the study association VSV 'Leonardo da Vinci', including treasurer of the Women's Department and president of the Aviation Department. Sailing instructing experience at KWV De Kaag and an internship at Shell further complement a diverse background. Maaike holds a Master of Science degree in Wind Energy from DTU, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with a minor in Business and Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
