Melanie Clasen, MBA, has over 16 years of experience in client services and success. Melanie began their career at Coronis Health in 2007, where they held the position of Senior Director of Client Services. In this role, they demonstrated their expertise in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. In 2023, Melanie joined Ventra Health as the Senior Director of Client Success, where they continue to utilize their skills to drive client satisfaction and retention. Throughout their career, Melanie has consistently proven their ability to effectively lead and support client-focused teams.

Melanie Clasen, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business and Leadership at Marylhurst University. Melanie later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution.
