Sean Rutt

Sean Rutt is a Process Engineer at Ventrac by Venture Products Inc. since April 2018, with prior experience as a Design Engineer at The American Road Machinery Company, where responsibilities included product development, project management, and establishing engineering procedures. Sean also held positions as a Process Engineer at Action Coupling & Equipment and a Manufacturing Engineer at JLG Industries, focusing on process improvements, tooling organization, and assembly line enhancements. Leadership experience includes serving as President of ONU Baja SAE and a Process Improvement Intern at The Timken Company. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
