Richard Ciardo

Richard Ciardo is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Ventricle Health since March 2024, Richard previously held key roles including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager at Cerebral from April 2022 to February 2024, and Senior Engineering Manager at Bread from July 2021 to April 2022. Richard’s career includes significant positions at Northwestern Mutual, Dynamis Software, 7Summits, Artisan Partners, Intermedix, and Stark Investments, demonstrating a strong background in software architecture, agile project management, and technology solutions. Richard holds two associate degrees in Programmer Analyst and Network Technician from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
