Cindy Leggett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and project management within the healthcare and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Program Administrator for EHR Behavioral Health at Ventura County Behavioral Health, Cindy manages CalAIM State Initiatives, oversees stakeholder relationships, and supervises the implementation of new EHR systems. Previously, roles held include IT Supervisor and Project Manager at Ventura County Health Care Agency, where Cindy directed IT operations for a county hospital, and Technical Analyst at UCLA Health, focusing on optimizing data systems. Cindy’s expertise also includes database management and digital rights contract tracking from work at The Walt Disney Company. Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems and Technology from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor's in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
