Robert Katch is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Manchester Financial, a role held since July 1990, where expertise encompasses accounting, finance, and investment portfolios with a focus on providing fiduciary advice, strategic wealth management, and retirement planning. Concurrently, Robert serves as the Chair of the Investment Committee for the Ventura County Community Foundation, overseeing an $80 million portfolio dedicated to supporting local non-profits.
