Sarah Kelsey Rushton

Sarah Kelsey Rushton is a dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse at Ventura County Medical Center & Santa Paula Hospital since March 2020 and has also been a Private Caregiver with the California Department of Public Health since May 2017. With a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant and experience as a Nursing Student with over 600 hours of clinical experience, Sarah is on a path to become a certified Doula. Additional roles include a Banquet Server at Gold Star Staffing Inc. and multiple caregiving positions at various healthcare facilities, including Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and Maravilla. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate's Degree in Science of Nursing, followed by a Master's in Nursing Education from Western Governors University and continues to enhance skills through programs such as Lactation Education Resources.
