Brittney Flores

Brittney Flores is a Training Specialist at Ventura Foods since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in education and program management. Prior to this role, Brittney served as an Elementary School Teacher at Aledo ISD from August 2018 to June 2024, where responsibilities included creating professional development courses, designing district-level curriculum, facilitating team meetings, and implementing the ADDIE model to enhance student learning. Brittney also taught at Arlington ISD from October 2014 to May 2018, earning a Teacher of the Year nomination in 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Program Manager at Paradigm Liaison Services, where communication with clients and documentation management were key tasks. Brittney holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of North Texas and two Master’s degrees in Educational/Instructional Technology from Western Governors University and Western University.
