Cindy Lutgen

Cindy Lutgen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cindy has worked at Ventura Foods since 2020, initially as a Director of Cost Accounting and currently as a Senior Director of Cost Accounting. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance at Cadence Aerospace from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked at RB as a Plant Controller from 2018 to 2019, where they had responsibilities such as monthly reporting and financial analysis. From 2004 to 2018, they served as an Executive Manager of Global Cost Accounting at Novus International, Inc. Cindy also gained experience as a Business and Cost Analyst at Solutia, Inc. from 1998 to 2004, and as a Senior Accountant in Program Cost Accounting at Boeing from 1995 to 1998.

Cindy Lutgen earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Webster University in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 1994. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, such as "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty," "How to Build Virtual Accountability," "Leading at a Distance," "Remote Work Foundations," "Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback," "Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams," "Excel: PivotTable Tips," "Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions," and "Tips for Writing Business Emails."
