David Erbs

David Erbs has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. David began their career at The Coca-Cola Company, where they held several supervisory positions, managing employees and overseeing production and distribution. David implemented cost-saving measures and improved product quality. Afterward, they worked as a Finance Intern at Orlando City SC and as a Corporate Strategy MBA Intern at Legendary Entertainment.

Erbs then pursued their MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management, during which they were actively involved in the Class of 2017.

After completing their MBA, Erbs joined Ventura Foods as a Project Manager, where they oversaw recovery efforts at a distressed manufacturing location, leading to significant financial improvements. David also managed branch transfer operations and implemented cost-saving projects.

Erbs later advanced to roles of increasing responsibility at Ventura Foods, including Senior Manager and Director of Strategy and Business Development. In these positions, they led strategic initiatives, conducted portfolio simplification processes, and drove SKU eliminations, resulting in business growth and minimizing disruptions.

Throughout their career, Erbs has demonstrated strong leadership skills and strategic decision-making abilities.

David Erbs obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Business in the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University between 2008 and 2012. David completed their high school education at Lake Forest Academy from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, David achieved a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2019.
