Hytham Badr is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple esteemed restaurant and hotel companies. Currently serving as Concept Chef Standard Service and Executive Chef at UNCO since May 2020, Hytham has previously held similar executive positions at Doc B's Fresh Kitchen, Fox Restaurant Concepts, and Compass Group - Eurest, where responsibilities included overseeing food operations, managing budgets, and implementing safety procedures. Hytham's career also includes positions as a Restaurant Operations Consultant and Head Chef, demonstrating expertise in kitchen management, menu design, and staff training. Hytham holds an Associate of Arts degree from City College of San Francisco and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from California Culinary Academy.
