Melissa Thomas

Melissa Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 15 years. Melissa currently holds the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Ventura Foods. Prior to this, Melissa served as the Human Resources Director at Ventura Foods and the Human Resources Manager at the same company. Before joining Ventura Foods, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Arconic and a Human Resources & Engagement Manager at QVC. Earlier in their career, Melissa held the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Medline Industries and People Services Specialist at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Melissa began their career at Target, where they worked as an ETL- Human Resources.

Melissa Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/ Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In 2015, they obtained certifications from HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and SHRM, earning the titles of PHR and SHRM-CP respectively.
