Patrick Ruvolo

Patrick Ruvolo is an experienced operations and production manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and team leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ventura Foods since September 2023, Patrick previously held the position of Production Manager at Quidel and Lean Manager at Senior Aerospace, Jet Products. With a solid foundation in value stream management acquired through roles at Sendx Medical, GKN Aerospace, and Flame Spray Inc., Patrick has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, team development, and inventory management. A strong advocate for Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, Patrick has consistently achieved significant improvements in operational metrics, such as lead time and on-time delivery. Education includes studies at California State University, San Marcos, and training from Praxair Inc. and Trinity Automation.
