Stephen Fallis

Stephen Fallis has extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Senior OpEx Manager at Ventura Foods since February 2014, Stephen has held various roles including Regional OpEx Manager, Plant Continuous Improvement Resource, and Packaging Supervisor. Previously, Stephen worked at Procter & Gamble from October 2006 to February 2014 as a Production Supervisor. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Northwestern State University, earned between 1992 and 2004.
