Kevin Battle

Kevin Battle has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Kevin started their career in 1992 as a Maintenance Supervisor at Eagle Ottawa Leather Co., where they led a team in various installation and improvement projects. In 1995, they joined Howmet as a Facilitator before moving on to GE Aviation Muskegon in 2000, where they served as a Quality Leader. In this role, they led a team of inspectors and implemented Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve quality and reduce cycle time. Kevin continued to advance their career at GE Aviation Muskegon, taking on roles such as GEnx Business Leader and Military Business Leader. In 2016, they became a Diverse Business Leader, responsible for the operation of diverse production flow lines. Kevin joined GE Aviation in 2017 as a Lean Engineer, contributing to process improvement initiatives. Their most recent position is as an Operations Leader at Ventura Manufacturing, which they started in 2020. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Kevin Battle attended Muskegon Community College from 1981 to 1983, where they completed an A.A.S. degree in Applied Science with a focus on Electronics. Kevin also attended Grand Canyon University from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
