Cara Small has a diverse range of work experience. Cara is currently working at Ventura MedStaff as a Therapy Recruiter/Account Manager since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Skutt Catholic High School from October 2020. Cara also has experience working at Hudl as a Sales Account Executive II from July 2019 to October 2022. Before that, they worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at BUFFALO PHYSICAL THERAPY & SPORTS REHABILITATION, PC from May 2018 to July 2019. Cara also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder/Director/Coach of Full Court Hoops, LLC from October 2014 to July 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Branded Merchandise Sales Rep at ADPRO Sports from June 2015 to August 2016. Finally, Cara's earlier work experience includes working as a Surgical Device Territory Sales Rep at Medtronic from October 2011 to June 2015.
Cara Small obtained an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Villa Maria College, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University, attending from 2007 to 2011.
