Kristie Fairley

Kristie Fairley has over 20 years of work experience in the field of marketing and communications. From 1996 to 2014, they worked at VISITHATTIESBURG where they served as the Deputy Director, overseeing the marketing and communication activities of both the Hattiesburg Tourism Commission and the Hattiesburg Convention Commission. In this role, they were responsible for promoting various attractions and managing the flagship facility, Lake Terrace Convention Center. In 2014, they joined Venture Church as the Guest Services Director, where they developed and implemented strategies to enhance guest experiences and worked with a team of volunteers to create a memorable environment for guests. Later, they also took on the role of Communications Director at Venture Church.

Kristie Fairley obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Kristie also obtained a certification as a Travel Marketing Professional (TMP) from Southeast Tourism Society in June 2001.
