Kelsey Mondor

Kelsey Mondor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Venture Community Services since February 2023, Kelsey previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at The TJX Companies, Inc. from May 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included aligning business strategy with HR practices and managing various HR functions. Kelsey also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at The TJX Companies, contributing to administrative HR tasks and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resource Staffing and Wellness Coordinator at Venture Community Services and as a Teller/Intern at FamilyFirst Bank. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Westfield State University in 2014.
