Kimberly Hillier is an experienced Human Resources Generalist at Venture Community Services since December 2021, providing business support across various departments including Learning & Development, Day Habs, Shared Living, Individual Supports, and the Advancement Center. Prior to this role, Kimberly served in multiple capacities at AAA Northeast from June 2018 to October 2023, culminating as a Lead Member Service Counselor. Earlier in 2018, Kimberly was the Bridal Stylist Manager at J-Line Bridal, focusing on customer service and appointment scheduling in a bridal boutique environment. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Nichols College, earned in 2015, and a High School Diploma from Douglas High School, obtained in 2011.
