Roy Rodriguez

Roy Rodriguez is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and training across diverse industries. Currently serving as the HR Hiring Manager at Venture Community Services since April 2018, Roy leads the hiring and onboarding efforts for exempt and non-exempt employees. Previously, Roy held roles as a Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources Administrator at Amcomm Wireless, and as a Revenue Cycle Trainer/Auditor at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, where training and compliance were key responsibilities.
