Samantha E. Erskine

Samantha E. Erskine, Ph.D., serves as an Assistant Professor at UMass Boston College of Management since September 2022. As the Founder and President of The Imelda Consulting Group, LLC, and the Imelda Foundation, both established in September 2016, Samantha focuses on guiding individuals and organizations through transformational change and empowering underserved girls to become global leaders. Previously, Samantha held positions as a Research Fellow at Catalyst Inc., Director of Development at the Council of Urban Professionals, and Senior Director of Development at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, among others. Samantha's academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, with research centered on the navigation of race and gender in organizational contexts.
