Shawn Hicklen

Shawn Hicklen has extensive work experience in the transportation industry, specifically with Venture Express Inc. Shawn began working for the company in 2000 as a Fleet Manager and later took on roles such as Director of Operations / Business Development and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Shawn currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer & Corporate General Manager, a role they started in 2023.

Shawn Hicklen attended Middle Tennessee State University from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business with a minor in Education. Shawn'sfield of study focused on business management and education.
