Akila Nallappan

Akila Nallappan is an experienced professional in healthcare implementation and consulting with a strong background in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as a Venture Fellow at Venture Forward and previously at Coyote Ventures, Akila has expertise in leading end-to-end implementation projects at Paradigm and Veeva Systems, focusing on platforms ideal for healthcare provider organizations. Akila's experience includes significant roles such as Implementation Associate and Implementation Business Analyst at Paradigm, and various consulting positions at Veeva Systems, where responsibilities ranged from implementing digital trial solutions to strategy development for optimal product use. Akila holds a Master of Public Health from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science, Chemistry, and Medical Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University.
