Candice Morgan is an accomplished Operating Partner at GV, leading inclusive strategies and expanding diverse networks for the firm and its portfolio companies since January 2020. Morgan has also served as a Board Member for Venture Forward since May 2023, focusing on promoting an inclusive venture capital community. As Co-Founder of Black Angel Group, Morgan advocates for underrepresented entrepreneurs in the venture funding landscape. Previously, Morgan held the position of Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Pinterest, implementing strategies for diversity across various company functions. Additionally, experience includes a Senior Director role at Catalyst Inc., where Morgan specialized in organizational transformation and diversity consulting for Fortune 1000 companies, and various analytical positions in consulting. Morgan's education includes a B.S. in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and an MSc in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University of London.
