Michael John-Osarenz

Michael John-Osarenz is an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager with a strong background in IT security and management. Currently at Venture Garden Group since August 2021, Michael oversees compliance with legal and regulatory standards while managing risks and communicating with stakeholders. Previously, Michael held similar positions at Inlaks Nigeria and Digital Jewels Limited, where responsibilities included developing GRC programs and providing expert advice on information security. Michael's earlier roles include managing IT projects at DHL International and enhancing banking software at Fountain Trust Bank. Michael holds a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science from the University of South Wales, an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin.
