Jon Pickard

Jon Pickard, FCA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial control. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller at Venture Life Group plc since December 2023, Jon previously held key positions at Three UK, where responsibilities included leading diverse accounting teams as Head of Accounting and Financial Control, and managing financial reporting as Head of Financial Accounting. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Jon gained expertise in running accounting departments for companies such as Comverse, CSG Systems, and Thirdspace Living Ltd. Jon began professional training at Touche Ross and holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy Studies from the University of Exeter, alongside FCA qualifications from ICAEW.
