Asna Shahid

Asna Shahid has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at VentureDive since May 2022. Prior to this, Asna held various roles at Fatima Group from February 2017, including Senior Specialist in Performance & OD, where a notable achievement was the design and implementation of the Empower to Lead (E2L) Management & Graduate Trainee Program. Asna's earlier career includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Bank Alfalah Limited, contributing to numerous HR projects and developing a Summer Internship Program targeting top tier universities. Asna's foundational HR experience began at Haleeb Foods Limited, progressing from Management Trainee Officer to Assistant Manager HR, with a focus on recruitment and performance management. Asna holds an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Lahore School of Economics.
