Scott Lipnick

Scott Lipnick has over 13 years of experience in the field of People Operations and Talent Strategy. Scott began their career in 2007 as the General Manager at InkStop. From 2009 to 2017, they held the position of General Manager at Finish Line, where they were responsible for building profitability for the store and received various awards and recognition for their efforts. In 2014, they joined Lunova Group as a Recruiting Manager. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an On-Site Recruiting Consultant at Giant Eagle with eNGINE LLC, an Executive Recruitment Consultant with Turn2 Recruiting, a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Senior Recruiter - Talent Equity Group with Elior North America, and a Client Success Manager with PeopleSuite Talent Solutions. Since 2020, they have been a Senior Director People Operations and Director of Talent Strategy and Human Resources with EnTelegent Solutions, Lightwave Solutions Inc., and Venture Group.
