Luke Sandler

Luke Sandler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture consulting, investment, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Principal at Critical Reactions since 2018, Sandler leverages a strategic consulting approach to support the launch and development of new ventures. In addition to roles at VENTUREOUT and Blue Collective, where crucial support is provided to innovative technology companies and early-stage entrepreneurs respectively, Sandler is part of the Operating Council for Columbia Angel Network, enhancing deal flow for Columbia University's angel syndicate. As an investor with Gaingels, Sandler focuses on supporting LGBTQ entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes market leadership at McKinsey & Company in the Fast Growth Tech practice and literary management at The Gotham Group. Sandler holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master's degree in Modern History and English from the University of Oxford.
