Designer (ux/ui)

If you are a curious and enthusiastic individual with excellent graphic design skills, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of working within a software development team and can also show the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to produce simple and elegant solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs
• Enhance usability by improving the accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics of the product.
• Creation of banners and promo materials for different web campaigns
• Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across multiple brands
• Collaborate with team members to launch projects
• Use feedback from other designers to improve
• Use the best design methods, applications, software, and techniques to work on the project
• Create drafts and models for review
• Produce final design solutions
• Pitch creative ideas

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of working experience as a graphic designer and at least a year working with UX and UI

• Excellent proficiency in working with Adobe CC

• Portfolio of previous projects and work products produced (link included in application)

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles

• Knowledgeable about interactive design, layout, and typography for web

• Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)

• Eager to search and follow new trends and regulations

• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)

• Time management and multitasking abilities

• Creativity skills and problem-solving attitude

• Good knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD would be considered an advantage

• Good knowledge of UX best practices would be considered an advantage

• Teamwork skills

• A keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English
