Chithra Adams

Chithra Adams has extensive work experience in the field of evaluation and administration. Chithra is currently the Director of Learning and Evaluation at VentureWell. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Evaluation at the Human Development Institute from May 2014 to January 2022. Chithra also served as the Interim Director of Evaluation at the same institute from August 2012 to May 2014. From October 2009 to July 2012, they worked as a Senior Evaluator/Administrator at the University of Kentucky. Chithra gained experience as an Analyst at the Human Development Institute from April 2006 to September 2009. Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Martin School of Public from January 2004 to March 2006. Chithra also had a brief role in the Office of the Associate Vice President Research and at the University of Kentucky from February 2005 to November 2005.

Chithra Adams obtained their Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky in 2005. Chithra later pursued higher education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership from the University of Kentucky in 2017.
