Yufei Yu

Yufei (Grace) Yu is currently a Bioinformatics and System Biology PhD student at UC San Diego, focusing on biomedical informatics since September 2022. In conjunction with this role, Yufei serves as a Project Facilitator for the NIH RADx Program at VentureWell, contributing to the Rapid Accelerated Diagnostics initiative and providing internal bioinformatics support. Prior experience includes work as an Undergraduate Researcher under Dr. Jing Li and as a Research Finance Team Office Assistant in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, along with positions as a Student Research Assistant under Dr. Fu-Sen Liang and Dr. Diane O’Dowd. Yufei holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University and a high school diploma from University High School in Irvine.
