Jens Mielke, CPA, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance, accounting, and consulting. JENS currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer Services at Venturity Financial Partners, providing CFO services and consulting to businesses across various industries. Previously, they worked as a Financial Services Consultant, offering their expertise to public companies, start-ups, and mid-market companies in areas such as finance, accounting, and reporting. Jens has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc., a publicly-traded lifestyle brand management company. Additionally, they worked as a National Partner at Aventine Hill Partners, specializing in technical accounting and CFO services. Prior to that, they had experience as a Real Estate Investor, Chief Financial Officer for HASCO Medical, Inc., and Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Jens started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst and later became an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Throughout their career, Jens has accumulated expertise in strategic planning, M&A support, finance, technical accounting, treasury, process improvement, forecasting and budgeting, and has worked with various software packages.
Jens Mielke, CPA, MBA began their education journey in 1982 at Plano Senior High School, where they completed their high school education. JENS then went on to attend Southern Methodist University from 1984 to 1988, earning their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting. Continuing their pursuit of higher education, Jens enrolled at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business from 1988 to 1989 and successfully obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General.
