Scott was awarded the “top 100 CIO of China” in 2015 for his outstanding contributions in the field of information technology and has served on multiple expert committees, including on Smart City design, Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer of iSoftStone Smart Technology (iSS Tech), CIO & CTO of iSoftStone Information Technology (Group), CIO & CTO of Systex, Taiwan’s largest information service company.
Scott holds an MSc in Computer Science & Technology from Tamkang University, Taiwan.
