Juan currently serves as AVP, SBA Senior Underwriter at Venturus, where Juan leads a team in reviewing loan request memos. Prior to this, Juan held the role of SBA Underwriting Manager at Byline Bank. Juan started their career as a Junior Credit Analyst, where Juan prepared loan modifications and collaborated closely with various departments. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
